The Intellectual Output 2 - Manual of good practices

An international manual of examples of transferable good practices will be designed as a base for a crisis response measures universities can implement to anticipate future events, which force a shift to remote teaching and learning. The guidance material is expected to assist the process of creating a virtual mobility tools and similar initiatives launched by the partner universities within the COVIMO project timeframe and thereafter.
Work on the manual will be divided into following tasks:
- Preparation of a questionnaire to spot the best practices and identify difficulties/limitations of virtual education;
- Dissemination of a questionnaire: TARGET GROUPS: students and staff; DISTRIBUTION: questionnaire to be sent to Polish and foreign universities; in addition, each of the project partner universities will send the questionnaire to universities in their country; within a university the questionnaire to be forwarded to the rector’s office, international relations office and the student council;
- Organisation of an in-depth interviews;
- Aggregation of results;
- Creation of a digital case-based roadmap;
The innovative approach is based on the inside and outside university problem-solving format and laying emphasis on the social and psychological well-being of all involved parties during virtual education process.
